Tasty Gluten Free Bread

Info: This is a decent gluten free bread that you can slice and keep in the freezer whenever you need it.

Serves: Makes approx. 10 slices
Prep Time: 5-10 mins
Cooking Time: 55 mins
Ingredients: One cup gluten free flour/brown rice flour
one cup gram flour
2tsp baking powder
pinch salt, 2 tbslp maple syrup
3/4 cup water
4 tbslp coconut oil (melted)
4 tbsp pre-soaked flax seeds in 8 tbslp water to form a gel


How to:

  1. Turn on oven to 180. Line and grease loaf tin.
  2. Sieve gram flour and baking powder.
  3. Mix together all ingredients, in order down the list.
  4. Bake for 55 mins until a knife comes out clean.

Optional: Try adding seeds on top and/or cinnamon into the mix!
